  • Overview

    Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing & Canada, with a dotted line to the V.P. of Sales for the Americas and Customer Marketing, the Sales Coordinator provides ongoing support for our Sales, Customer Marketing and Broker organizations across diverse administrative functions for the Confectionary business. An individual who is detail-oriented and an adept multi-tasker, with strong organizational and communication skills will be particularly attracted to this challenging, rewarding, and vital position.



    • Plan, execute, and manage all trade shows, Customer Meetings and Sales meetings.
    • Point person at various trade and customer shows to set up the booth, meeting room, and ensure all of the materials and samples are available.
    • Develop, in collaboration with the Brand Teams and Operations, collateral materials such as Product Sell sheets, Price and Pack Spec Sheets, and sample shipment plans.
    • Coordinate and help execute both internal and external (e.g., broker) Webinars.
    • Serve as the key contact for the BCB Sales Force and brokers to facilitate and expedite the execution and resolution of customer related issues such as the review/approval of customer contracts and any other administrative issues.
    • Assist Customer Marketing with the execution of Seasonal planning including the chairing of product kick-offs and developing mock-ups/renderings for customer presentations.
    • Work with Supply Chain on Samples for new item launches.



    • Manage and update the Topps-Smart website to ensure the accurate and timely uploading of critical information in support of the BCB Sales Force and our broker partners in achieving business goals.
    • Maintain and update both the National and Limited Price Lists on a timely basis.
    • Serve as our primary contact for outside Data Sync company.
    • Maintain broker database and contact information to ensure it is up-to-date.
    • Update contact information for Direct Sales and Broker Network.



    • Manage and execute bi-weekly communications to the BCB Sales Force and brokers.
    • Ongoing tracking of Sales and broker requests to ensure their timely resolution.
    • Business results tracking as required (e.g., new distribution).



    • Track budgets for department (e.g., selling materials, trade shows).
    • Track and review field sales T&E.
    • Process sales – related billings and, as needed, assist in helping to clear customer deductions.



    • Strong administrative skills: Proven ability to effectively manage / execute multiple projects, attention to detail, highly organized, and works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work and flourish in a team environment.
    • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential; Access desirable.
    • Strong communication skills – written / oral – with ability to converse effectively with external contacts.
    • Self - starter with proven ability to work without direct supervision and across functional areas.
    • Knowledge of brokered sales environments is an advantage. 


    • 3 Years minimum experience in related position.
    • Background or experience in CPG preferred.
    • Must have a 4 year BS/BA College degree. 


    • Domestic Travel 6 – 8 times per year over night travel included and some weekends.
