    The Topps North America Sports & Entertainment marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for the management of analysis, development and implementation of a variety of online consumer marketing tactics in the Direct-To-Consumer space.


    As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be the expert on our customers who visit and shop at Topps.com.  You will work closely with a diverse cross functional team of Business leaders, Designers, Marketers, Customer Service Reps, Vendors, and Financial Analysts to continue to grow the Topps.com user base and increase the purchase frequency from our current user base.



    • A data lover – comfortable working with Excel and raw data to help sort, analyze and implement marketing programs
    • Create structures for experimentation and reporting across the organization, and support other teams in measuring campaign success
    • A creative and results-driven innovator, with strong competencies in digital technologies and trends, consumer engagement and measurement, and go to market strategy
    • Solid level of knowledge with digital marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Affiliate marketing, web technologies (including HTML, CSS), social media marketing and email marketing - data fanatic and come from a strong test and learn discipline
    • Experience in Direct to Consumer campaign management with experience marketing to consumers using a mix of digital and traditional channels
    • Experience leveraging market research and sales data into compelling consumer insights and activation
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a highly-matrixed environment, while showing attention to detail and follow-through to completion
    • Entrepreneurial spirit. You are comfortable working in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of sports marketing and e-commerce.     • Generate real-time reports that provide the team with daily and weekly insights on our customer’s purchase behavior, assist with collection and summary of launch performance information (quantitative and qualitative)
    • Leverage consumer analytics to analyze and look for patterns within customer behavior and/or business performance data, summarize findings and recommend actions.
    • Apply knowledge of assigned digital media channels, consumer trends and business needs to identify and implement new ways of connecting with and engaging customers
    • Develop and execute integrated DTC marketing plans inclusive of offline and online channels to increase brand awareness and drive demand - Measure DTC impact and results through advanced analytics
    • Support internal stakeholder alignment, and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams that support the business goals and annual brand plan


    • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience required
    • 4+ years of Digital Marketing/DTC experience
    • Successful track record with increasing job responsibilities within a leading corporation, management consulting environment or creative/media agency
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite for the creation of reports, presentations, and analysis, including Excel pivot tables, V-Lookup and other advanced functionality.
    • Comfortable using ecommerce platforms and technology to analyze customer data
