  • Overview

    The Graphic Designer will be responsible for all graphic design requirements needed to support the Marketing & Sales needs required to execute the annual plans. In this role, the colleague will be responsible for developing and executing designs across digital/social and printed media for our diverse portfolio of brands and across a range of consumer marketing & sales needs. This role will be required to bring design requirements from brief to final execution.


    The key areas of focus will be across the following:

    Marketing / Trade Marketing

    • Develop graphic art for Topps Marketing to support, but not limited to campaigns, promotions, onsite/event development and displays. Examples include: in/on pack coupons & IRC’s, promotional card inserts,; print and digital assets – email, banner ads; branded onsite materials – banners, handouts; social media – Facebook ads
    • Skillfully incorporate direction from the marketing team into finished design work.


    • Create promotional material to help guide product awareness at shelf and online. Examples include: in-store POS materials – posters, danglers, clings
    • Develop Sales solicitations that are designed to enhance and relay Topps product details to Hobby and Retail buyers

    General Responsibilities

    • Responsible for expert execution of layout, typography and color.
    • Ensure that creative deliverables support the marketing creative/project briefs and are completed on schedule.
    • Make certain that creative output adheres to brand style guides and requirements.
    • Creation of a brand guide style guide


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
    • Prepress or graphic production experience or familiarity preferred.
    • Mastery of Adobe CS, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a must.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft based programs; PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
    • Strong skills in typography
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, handle multiple priorities and drive results through time and project management.
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels, cross functionally as well as with outside partners.
    • Experience within Sports, Entertainment and Collectibles is a plus.
