  • Overview

    Topps Digital is looking for a Live Ops Producer to help grow our mobile suite of entertainment card trading apps for iOS and Android, including Star Wars Card Trader and The Walking Dead Card Trader.

    As a Live Ops Producer, you will drive content planning, development, and production. You will work with a team of Live Ops Producers, Product Managers, Designers, and Community Managers to help drive growth in your assigned products.


    Content Development: Generate ideas and structure for digital trading card sets that drive in-app sales and engagement

    Content Production: Enter data into content management system to publish content directly to consumers

    Consumer messaging: Develop and execute clear and concise messaging for every content release via in-app articles, push notifications, and social postings 

    Quality Assurance: Assist all team members in delivering flawless content by proofreading copy, verifying release details, and reviewing image assets




    • A passion for entertainment brands, specifically Star Wars and The Walking Dead. You have an affinity for the fandom and a collector’s mindset. You are in tune with what is current and popular with these brands and can create content that speaks to the fandom.
    • Attention to detail. You will be creating content in our content management system and must enter data quickly and accurately.
    • Strong organizational skills. You will be managing multiple concurrent projects, each in various stages of development. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring that all content releases go off without a hitch.
    • Strong writing ability. You can clearly and concisely express complex sales details to users so that they understand product offerings, pricing, and mechanics. You can also speak with a voice relevant to our entertainment brands and effectively market popular characters or topical brand-specific events.
    • Fast Learner. You are always looking to improve and grow. You are able to use analytics and experience to improve the content creation process to better accommodate fan demand.
    • Service-oriented. You are dedicated to delivering a great app experience to all of our users through clear communication, accurate delivery of content, and an open ear to user feedback.
    • Real app experience. You’ve worked on a published iOS or Android application and can speak, with experience, to publishing, marketing, and operating a live app.
