  • Overview

    The Talent Licensing Purchase Order Analyst, NASE is responsible for cutting purchase orders, producing invoices and ensuring talent/agencies are paid in a timely manner.  He/She will need to coordinate between talent/agent/rep to gather all needed tax information for Accounts Payable to process payments.  He/She will maintain agreement spreadsheets and preform data driven exercises on a weekly basis for Talent Licensing.  He/She will work closely with internal teams including Accounts Payable, Finance, Digital, Marketing, Authentics, e-Commerce and Brand, as well as daily correspondence with external agencies and Topps representatives.


    • Create and maintain purchase orders from inception to completion.
    • Work closely with Accounts Payable to process talent payments.
    • Coordinate between Topps and talent/agent for the execution of payment.
    • Act as liaison to multiple internal departments, as well as various accounts to ensure a clear and concise flow or pertinent information.
    • Work cross-functionally with Operations/Finance to execute against strategic initiatives.
    • Maintain overarching autograph agreement spreadsheet, as well as individual player contracts and required tax information.
    • Ensure compliance to contractual obligations ensuring all services are executed.
    • Foster and maintain relationships with agents, Topps reps and industry contacts.
    • Purchase raw materials for Authentics business.
    • Procurement of Game Used items for trading cards products.


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Experience in related field (Business, Accounting, Finance, etc)
    • Thorough understanding of financial close processes and controls
    • Candidates should be analytical, organized and highly detailed-oriented.
    • Must like a fast paced environment, and have ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and thrive in changing circumstances.
    • Experience with Oracle or ERP system.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, must love Excel.
