    The Topps Apps Division is looking for an extremely creative and resourceful graphic designer to join its marketing/user acquisition team. In this role, the designer will work closely with the marketing group and be responsible for designing both print and digital ad creative, social media profile and post assets, short-form videos, email newsletter assets as well as promotional collateral for major industry events.

    Responsibilities

    -    Creating static banner, GIF, and video ads for campaigns across multiple IPs as well as social media graphics for app re-releases and refreshes.

    -    Creating trade show and industry event print collateral and booth graphics

    -    Creating IAM (in-app message) templates to be used to promote limited-time, holiday or special event offers

    -    Converting digital card assets to email newsletter graphics

    -    Editing/splicing existing video marketing assets

    -    Creating presentations for new IP pitch decks, app store featuring, and event recaps   

    -    Brainstorming with marketing team on ad creative concepts

    -    Creating iMessage digital stickers

    Qualifications

    -    Familiarity with major sports leagues (NFL, NHL, MLB), players, teams, etc. as well as major entertainment properties (Star Wars, Walking Dead), actors, character and storylines

    -    At least 2-3 years graphic design experience at a sports, entertainment, app or tech company, is preferred.

    -    Ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines and short turnaround times

    -    Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)

    -    Experience creating mobile ad units, HPTO creative, and app store assets is a plus

    -    Familiarity with 3D graphic work, CAD drawings and other multi-dimensional design work

    -    Familiarity with app performance metrics – views, clicks, CTR’s (click-thru-rates), retention, CPI’s (cost-per-install), CPM’s, IAP’s, etc.

    -    Basic understanding of F2P (free to play) and P2P (pay to play) app economies

    -    Good pulse on latest design trends, styles and out-of-the box creative
