    Responsibilities

    The fulfillment associate supports a number of different fulfillment activities, including autograph inventory management, pick and pack of consumer relations orders.

     

    The primary role of this position is to work in the Memorabilia Department, primarily relic cutting.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    • Estimate Memorabilia value as they are obtained 
    • Use the Product Material Requirement Sheet per subject and stage for application of PSA on whole items /Remnants, as per Bill of Material
    • Stage as per relic size/type to die cut the relics
    • Bag and label as per product and subject material requirement
    • Record electronic Shipping document with cut quantity per subject and component
    • Take Pictures of the items and upload into the product folder  
    • Re-grid the leftover remnants and stage for the Memorabilia team to transact into the Oracle system
    • Perform inventory counts of autograph/relic/consumer redemptions inventory when necessary
    • Assists with clerical duties as required in cross functional areas
    • Performs quality inspections of cards, finished goods and other items being received into inventory.

    Qualifications

    Skills & Abilities

    • Working knowledge & learning ability for computer systems including MS office, with functional experience in Excel
    • Attention to detail & quality.

     Experience / Education

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Work experience that demonstrates adherence to time-lines, responsibility and ability to work in a team environment
