TDS is looking to complement this team with a Digital Partner Coordinator as described below.

    Responsibilities

    As the TDS Digital Partner Coordinator based in Encino, CA, this individual should be able to wear many hats and pay great attention to detail. Acting as direct support to the Senior Director of Digital Partner Services, as well as the Senior Global Print Buyer, you will be assisting the Senior Director with product launches worldwide, and the Senior Buyer with the global print production process for all partners. Candidate will be responsible for managing their prioritized task list, following up with contacts in a timely manner, and effectively communicating with other TDS’s departments. This individual must also be able to balance a fast-paced work environment and stay organized.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting with the day to day management of various clients
    • Facilitating new product launches and product launches in new retailers
    • Creating products and data batches for all print runs and digital distribution
    • Collaborating with the Senior Global Print Buyer to review art/data/label proofs, redeem test cards, communicate with the printer regarding deadlines, etc.
    • Managing the customized Partner store locators and keeping them current
    • Proofing our Partner’s digital customer journey flows from third parties
    • Handling customer service inquiries that originate from the client, activator or customer
    • Creating Facebook ads for upcoming retailer promotions or general awareness
    • Learning the process of launching a product at a new retailer from retail confirmation to print to post launch
    • Managing your task list and completing those tasks based on priority and deadlines

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years hands on experience in business, payments, digital or entertainment field
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with a team and be client-facing
    • Excels in a multi-tasking role
    • Able to take direction as well as work independently
    • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvements is key to this role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Jira
    • Bachelor’s degree is required
