The Associate Brand Manager for eCommerce helps execute the strategy set forth by the Director. The ABM is in charge of executional activities across multiple sports and entertainment properties that help ensure the products are of high-quality, delivered on-time and within budget. The role will require strict attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, the ability to be fast and flexible in reacting to feedback from managers, cross-functional teams and licensors, and be an excellent problem-solver resolving issues quickly and pro-actively anticipating issues before they emerge .


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Director in creating the weekly and monthly product release plan for team’s trading card products
  • Create product descriptions and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage subject lists and budgets to maximize quality of product content
  • Work with project management, designers and outside vendors to ensure production deadlines are met
  • Manage the selection and approval process for Topps Now cards on a daily basis
  • Create a weekly report for eCommerce and Topps Now sales to share with executives and business partners
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data to make strategic decisions about current product listings and future product development
  • Partner with Art Director to assist in the review and approval of designs for each brand
  • Partner with website coordinator to ensure that descriptions, copy, and graphics accurately depict products on
  • Assist in providing direction to marketing on product promotion
  • Serve as a liaison between brand and the licensing department
  • Manage the usage of autographs and relics for all ECom products with the licensing, operations, and fulfillment departments.



  • The ABM will need to become knowledgeable of Topps core licenses (MLB, UCL, UFC, WWE and Star Wars ) in this role to deliver compelling product to consumers
  • Interest in pop culture and staying current with the major sports leagues is a plus

  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities



  • 1-2 years brand or product management experience
  • Solid business and product development background
  • Consumer products or collectables experience preferred
  • Ecommerce or digital media experience is a plus



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field
