Overview

Topps is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment in the US market for its Confectionery, Sports & Entertainment, Digital, and Corporate divisions.  The Recruiter is responsible for managing an end-to-end recruitment process to hire the best talent for Topps that meets its changing and evolving business needs.  Success in this role will be demonstrated by timely and effective execution of the full-cycle recruiting process and building strong credibility with internal clients.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the organization in US market (primarily NY, NY and Scranton, PA)
  • Efficiently manage an average run rate of 10-20 requisitions at one time
  • Work directly with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions
  • Open job requisitions, post jobs, and screen candidates
  • Actively source passive candidates through varied media channels and networks
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Schedule phone screens, interviews, and coordinate candidate travel
  • Present job offers and negotiate details; prepare candidates for onboarding
  • Create strong relationships with internal clients and external talent sources
  • Maintain iCIMS applicant tracking system and all candidate work flows
  • Manage LinkedIn company page and Topps.com Careers portal
  • Attend and run career fairs at selected venues and internship recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Ability recruit for a broad range of positions
  • Adept in deploying and managing diverse tactics to attract passive candidates
  • In-depth knowledge of Boolean search and other web-based sourcing techniques; proficiency in navigating job boards, social channels, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong consultative skills with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, management, and networking skills at all levels of an organization; able to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; penchant for accuracy
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow-though skills
  • Experience in working with retained / contingent search firms on occasion
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation

 

Negotiable; starting at $65k annually
