The Topps North America Sports & Entertainment marketing team is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and analysis of a variety of offline and online consumer marketing tactics in the Direct-To-Consumer space.


As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be the expert on our customers who visit and shop at  You will work closely with a diverse cross functional team of Business leaders, Designers, Marketers, Customer Service Reps, Vendors, and Financial Analysts to continue to grow the user base and increase the purchase frequency from our current user base.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Qualifications)

  • A creative and results-driven innovator, with strong competencies in digital technologies and trends, consumer engagement and measurement, and go to market strategy
  • Solid level of knowledge with digital marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, web technologies (including HTML, CSS) and email marketing - data fanatic and come from a strong test and learn discipline
  • Experience in Direct to Consumer campaign management with experience marketing to consumers using a mix of digital and traditional channels
  • Experience in partnering with advertising/media planning agencies and a track record of successful agency partnership and management
  • Experience leveraging market research and sales data into compelling consumer activation
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a highly-matrixed environment, while showing attention to detail and follow-through to completion
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. You are comfortable working in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of sports marketing and e-commerce. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Responsibilities)

  • Apply knowledge of assigned digital media channels, consumer trends and business needs to identify and implement new ways of connecting with and engaging customers
  • Develop and adhere to marketing budget and perform monthly reconciliations and report on ROI
  • Develop and execute integrated DTC marketing plans inclusive of offline and online channels to increase brand awareness and drive demand - Measure DTC impact and results through advanced analytics
  • Generate real-time reports that provide the team with daily and weekly insights on our customer’s purchase behavior
  • Work with creative agency to develop creative briefs and assets
  • Support internal stakeholder alignment, and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams that support the business goals and annual brand plan



  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing/DTC experience
  • Successful track record with increasing job responsibilities within a leading corporation, management consulting environment or creative/media agency
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite for the creation of reports, presentations, and analysis, including Excel pivot tables, V-Lookup and other advanced functionality.
  • Comfortable using ecommerce platforms and technology to analyze customer data
